Journalism

The Journalism Club publishes an online school newspaper called the Guild Gazette.  Journalism club is a family. We have so many amazing writers, creative people, and strong personalities. It gets crazy, but it’s always fun and inventive. Journalism club has five teams: social media, layout/design, interviewing, creative writing, and feature writing. Students learn to propose new ideas, improve their writing skills, try different writing styles, and shine a light on the many events and talented students at our school! We are looking for 8th - 12th-grade students who are creative, innovative, and have a passion for writing. Students who wish to earn ½ fine arts credit and meet the requirements can do so. All interested participants must complete an application.
