Study Hall

A study hall will be located in the mezzanine area.  All students, unless other arrangements have been made, will be assigned to study hall for any break greater than 15 minutes.  Students will be required to sign in and out of study hall. Study Hall (or supervision) will be a paid "class time." The cost for each student for this service is $25 per semester.  This fee will be due in August and January.

If you have alternative supervision arrangements for any students with a study hall time, please email the registrar at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Students should know ahead of time the work they are to be doing during this part of the day and come prepared to do that work.  All work will be up to the parents to assign, and can include SGA work, outside class assignments, free reading, or other quiet work.  Quiet talking will be allowed as well as quiet game play such as cards.  There will also be a quiet room where students may study in complete silence.  If your student will not be in study hall for any of his or her assigned time, please notify the Study Hall Supervisor.

SGA Administration

Graduation

Scholars Guild Academy offers an annual commencement service. Any senior at SGA is invited to participate. The ceremony is a time to celebrate the accomplishments of our students as well as their parents, so parents actually present the diploma to their graduate.  Our goal is to have a warm, personal ceremony that honors our families.
